交际语言教学法在护理英语教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨交际语言教学法在护理英语教学中的应用及效果。方法:选取本校2019级护理学生为观察组,在传统教学的基础上采用交际语言教学法,以2018级护理学生为对照组,采用传统教学法。比较两组学生期末考试成绩及教学满意度。结果:观察组学生在期末考试中,卷面成绩高于对照组,统计每种题型得分,发现观察组学生在情景对话选词、阅读理解和情景对话翻译得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生在学习兴趣浓厚和口语交流能力有提高两方面所占比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:交际语言教学法值得在护理英语教学中推广应用。 Objective To explore the application and effects of communicative language teaching approach in nursing English teaching.Methods The students of grade 2019 were selected as the observation group,and the communicative language teaching approach was adopted on the basis of traditional teaching approach.The students of grade 2018 were selected as the control group through traditional teaching approach.Compare the final exam scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results In the final exam,the score of observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the score of each question type was statistically higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of students in observation group in study interest and oral communication ability improvement was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The communicative language teaching approach should be popularized in nursing English teaching.
