刍议师德建设与高校教师思想政治工作改革

On the Construction of Teachers’Morality and the Reform of College Teachers’Ideological and Political Work

想要在素质教育改革发展背景下,全面提高教学质量,就需要打造一个高素质教师团队。这个教师团队不能以技能型为主要目标,而应该通过思想政治教育工作的开展,提高教师的思想内涵,从而针对学生个性化发展需求,调整传统的教学模式,实现素质教育的根本目标。本文结合教师思政教育现状,分析当前我国高校师德师风建设工作开展过程中存在的主要问题,并在此基础上制定出合理的解决措施,提出通过加强师德建设,为高校教师思政工作提供不竭动力,从而全面提高教师的道德素养,达到立德树人这一根本教育宗旨。

In order to comprehensively improve the teaching quality under the background of quality education reform and development,we need to build a high-quality teacher team.This team of teachers should not take the skill type as the main goal,but should improve the ideological connotation of teachers through the development of Ideological and political education,so as to adjust the traditional teaching mode according to the personalized development needs of students and realize the fundamental goal of quality education.Combined with the current situation of teachers’Ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of teachers’morality and style in colleges and universities in China,and on this basis,formulates reasonable solutions,and puts forward that by strengthening the construction of teachers’morality,it can provide an inexhaustible driving force for teachers’Ideological and political work in colleges and universities,so as to comprehensively improve teachers’moral quality and achieve the fundamental purpose of building morality and cultivating people.
