以“大医精诚”为核心促进医学生德育发展的探讨

大医精诚是中国传统医学文化中的经典,它论述了关于医者的道德要求,第一是强调精勤不倦的专业精神,是要求医者要有精益求精和勤勉刻苦的精神;第二强调医者仁心的职业精神,要求医生要有"大慈恻隐之心"的职业道德,第三强调坚定理想的道德精神,要求医者"无欲无求""誓愿普救含灵之苦"。作为医生,精湛的技术、高尚的品德、坚定的理想缺一不可,在医学生的培养阶段,需要着重培养医学生的大医精诚精神,促进医学生德育教育发展。但是目前我国医学生的德育教育普遍缺失及滞后,促进医学生的德育发展迫在眉睫,充分发挥以大医精诚为核心的传统文化促进医学生德育发展,有利于培养优秀的医学人才,改善医患关系,促进和谐健康的医疗环境,促进社会的健康发展。

The Great Physician is a classic in Chinese traditional medical culture.It is a discussion on moral requirements of doctors:the first is to emphasize the professional spirit of diligence,requiring doctors to strive for the excellence;the second is the professional spirit of benevolence,requiring doctors to develop the professional ethics of compassion;the third is the professional ethics of firm ideals,requiring doctors to desire for nothing else but save all lives and relieve the suffering.As a doctor,the qualities of exquisite technology,noble character,firm ideals are indispensable.For medical students,it is necessary to cultivate the spirits of"the Great Physician"and promote the development of moral education during their educational period.But at present,the moral education for medical students is lack in our country,the promoting of moral education for medical students is around the corner.Giving full play to the traditional culture with the core of"the Great Physician"to promote the development of moral education for medical students is beneficial to cultivate the excellent medical talents,improve the relationship between doctors and patients and to promote harmonious and healthy medical environment and the development of a healthier society.
