“三全育人”视角下大学生工程创新能力培养的探索与实践 被引量:3

摘要 培养大学生的工程创新能力是时代赋予高等工程教育的使命,针对当下存在学生对所学专业缺乏了解的问题、学生科创活动入门难的问题和学生所学内容与现实需要脱节的问题,分析其产生的原因。同时,提出举办人才培养方案解读会、组织专业教师见面会、启动科创项目定制孵化工程、开展企业名师进课堂活动以及改进教学方法和考核方式等一系列举措,落实全员全过程全方位育人的要求,学生的工程创新能力得到了很好的培养与发展。 Cultivating college students’engineering innovation ability is the mission given to higher engineering education by the times.In view of the problems that students lack understanding of their majors,are difficult to get started in science and technology innovation activities,and are out of touch with the actual needs,this paper analyzes the causes.At the same time,a series of measures are put forward,such as holding an interpretation meeting of talent training programs,organizing a meeting of professional teachers,starting a customized incubation project for science and technology projects,carrying out classroom activities for famous enterprise teachers,and improving teaching methods and assessment methods.By implementing the requirement of educated by all staff in the whole process and in all directions,students’engineering innovation ability has been well cultivated and developed.
