“双一流”背景下研究生拔尖创新人才培养模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Training Mode of Top-level Innovative Talents Postgraduates under the Background of "Double First-class"

培养拔尖创新人才是"双一流"建设的重要任务之一,研究生教育则是实现建设"双一流"战略目标的关键抓手。同济大学生命科学与技术学院以培养适应新时代的高层次生命科学拔尖创新人才为使命,践行研究生教育工作的"双结合"。本文在明晰我院研究生拔尖创新人才培养目标、归纳人才培养总体思路的基础上,从人才培养机制、人才培养管理体系、实践教育和创新能力培养、营造协同育人环境等方面对拔尖创新人才培养过程中采取的主要措施进行总结,以期进一步提升拔尖创新人才培养质量。

Cultivating top-level innovative talents is one of the important tasks of"double first-class"construction,postgraduate education is the key to achieve the strategic goal of"double first-class".The school of life science and technology of Tongji University takes cultivating top-level innovative talents in life science to adapt to the new era as its mission,and holds off the"double combination"of postgraduate education.On the basis of clarifying the training objectives of top-level innovative talents and summarizing the overall idea of cultivating top-level innovative talents for postgraduates in our college,this paper summarizes some measures taken by our college in the process of cultivating top-level innovative talents from the aspects of talent training mechanism,talent training management system,teaching system,practical education and innovation ability training,and creating a collaborative education environment,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of talent training.
