高职院校学生思想政治教育工作实践探索

Practical Exploration on the Ideological and Political Education of Higher Vocational Students

在高职院校中实施高质量、全面性的思政教育工作,一方面对高职学生正确三观形成起到价值引导和促进发展的作用,保证学生正确的思想道德观念良性形成;另一方面可以让学生在接受教育的过程中获得全面的发展,提升其就业核心竞争力,为今后的就业提供强有力的支持和保障。因此,本文结合自己实际工作的教育经验,立足以生为本的角度,通过五个方面的工作研究,希望达到整体优化高职院校思政教育质量的目的,促进高职学生思想品德素质均衡化、良性化发展。

On the one hand,the implementation of high-quality and comprehensive ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges plays a role in guiding and promoting the development of higher vocational students’correct three views,so as to ensure the benign formation of students’correct ideological and moral concepts;On the other hand,it can enable students to obtain all-round development in the process of receiving education,enhance their employment core competitiveness,and provide strong support and guarantee for future employment.Therefore,combined with their own actual work education experience,based on the student-oriented perspective,through five aspects of work research,this paper hopes to achieve the purpose of overall optimizing the quality of Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and promote the balanced and benign development of higher vocational students’Ideological and moral quality.
