基于职业技能竞赛的高职银行人才培养模式探究

Research of the Students Talent Cultivation Model for the Banking Industry Based on Vocational skill Competition in Higher Vocational Schools

职业技能竞赛是提升人才培养质量的重要途径之一,但目前一些高职院校注重竞赛名次,忽略了对提升办学质量的作用。本文以职业技能竞赛与高职银行人才培养的融合视角,解读“银行业务综合技能”竞赛的内涵,从四方面探讨银行技能竞赛人才培养应注意的要点,并提供银行技能竞赛人才培养的举措,以持续提高金融职业教育的质量。

Vocational skill competition is one of the important ways to improve the talent development.However,some higher vocational colleges currently pay too much attention on the competition achievements,and ignore the training quality.We propose a new perspective from fusion of vocational skill competition and students talent cultivation model to interpret the connotation of the"Comprehensive Banking Skills"competition.To continuously improve the quality of financial professional education,we discuss the key points that should be emphasized during vocational skill competition from four aspects and provide suggestions for talents in banking skill competitions training.
