高校学生骨干是凝聚和引导普通学生群体的重要力量,是学校和普通学生沟通的纽带,在服务学生成长、构建和谐校园中起到不可替代的作用。而宿舍骨干作为宿舍的主心骨,以宿舍为单位凝聚,再扩大至班级、整个年级甚至整个学校,是和谐共生、稳步前进的主力军,在“三全育人”进程中发挥着重要作用。但现阶段学生骨干培养还存在较多问题,学校需加大投入,不断提升骨干队伍的综合实力。
