摘要
"双一流"建设为提高我国研究生质量提供了宝贵的机遇。针对存在研究生培养过程中存在的问题,利用fsQCA分析了来自"双一流"建设高校的38份调查数据,发现教育管理水平、科研质量、教学质量为提高研究生培养质量的核心要素,而培养模式和综合素质为辅助条件。高校应该重视教学质量、科研质量和教育管理水平,同时还需要结合研究生综合素质选择适当的培养模式,研究结论为提高研究生培养质量提供了对策建议。
The construction of"double first-class"provides a valuable opportunity to improve the quality of postgraduates in China.In view of the existing problems in the process of postgraduate training,fsQCA was used to analyze 38 survey data from"double first-class"universities.It was found that education management level,scientific research quality and teaching quality were the core elements to improve the quality of postgraduate training,while training mode and comprehensive quality were the auxiliary conditions.The research conclusion provides some suggestions for improving the quality of postgraduates’training.
