高职院校构建“四维四驱”新时代劳动教育模式的思考

Thoughts on the Construction of "Four-dimensional Four-drive" Labor Education Model in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

围绕新时代高职院校劳动教育的"劳动观念、工匠精神、职业技能、劳动习惯"四个维度,构建"宣传引导常态化、组织管理科学化、课程建设体系化、实践活动多样化""四轮"驱动工作体系,形成"四维四驱"的劳动教育模式,促进高职院校劳动教育扎实推进、行稳致远。

Focusing on the four dimensions of"labor concept,craftsman spirit,vocational skills,and labor habits"of labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new era,this paper constructs a"four-wheel"driving work system of"normalization of publicity and guidance,scientific organization and management,systematic curriculum construction,and diversified practice activities"and forms a"four-dimensional four-drive"labor education model,which promotes labor education in higher vocational colleges to advance steadily and make a long-term progress.
