The Value, Realistic Dilemma and Countermeasures of the Construction of Entrepreneurial Associations in Colleges and Universities

目前,我国高校毕业生人数持续上升,大学生作为社会发展以及国家经济的主要推动力量,是国家发展与民族进步的源动力。可是,当前高校毕业生就业情况并不乐观,就业问题已是亟待解决的重点问题。高校就创业社团是高校毕业生创业的体现形式,做好就业创业社团建设,有助于提升高校毕业生就创业能力。因此,文章将基于高校就创业社团内涵及其作用进行阐述,对高校就创业社团建设的现实困境展开分析,同时提出有效的应对策略,以期为高校毕业生就业创业提供相应的指导。

At present,the number of college graduates in China continues to rise.College students,as the main driving force of social development and national economy,are the source power of national development and national progress.However,the current employment situation of college graduates is not optimistic,and the employment problem has become a key problem to be solved urgently.College entrepreneurship associations are the embodiment of college graduates’entrepreneurship.Doing a good job in the construction of employment and entrepreneurship associations will help to improve the entrepreneurial ability of college graduates.Therefore,based on the connotation and function of entrepreneurial associations in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties of the construction of entrepreneurial associations in colleges and universities,and puts forward effective countermeasures,in order to provide corresponding guidance for the employment and Entrepreneurship of college graduates.
