双元创新视角下“管理学”课程线上线下混合式教学模式的优化路径

后疫情时代的背景下,高校疫情防控措施也在不断更新完善,其中线上教学愈发成为疫情突发时期的常态化教学措施。本文以双元创新理论为视角,针对"管理学"课程混合式教学模式,讨论在后疫情时代的特殊背景下,以传统线下教学模式为主的利用式创新和以线上教学模式为主的探索式创新相结合的混合式教学模式的优化路径。

Under the outbreak of the era of background,the prevention and control measures in universities as a result are constantly updated and improved,among which online teaching has become a normal teaching measure during epidemic outbreaks increasingly.This paper,in the perspective of the theory of dual innovation,combines with the field of the blended teaching pattern of"management",discussing the hybrid optimization path of the teaching mode,so as to promote the reform of the teaching reference Suggestions.
