民办高校辅导员心理健康教育实践探究——以武昌理工学院为例

Research on the Practice of Mental Health Education for Counselors in Private Colleges and Universities——Take Wuchang University of Technology as an example

大学生心理健康教育工作是高校教育工作的重中之重,特别是在信息化的今天,而辅导员是大学生离开家庭之后关系最近的人,如何利用好辅导员优势开展心理健康教育工作显得尤为重要了。本文结合我校学生工作实际,将心理健康教育、思想政治教育与学生工作有机融合,尝试多途径地开展心理健康教育工作,切实提高心理健康教育工作的可持续性和实效性。

College Students’mental health education is the top priority of college education,especially in today’s information age,and counselors are the closest people after college students leave their families.How to make good use of counselors’advantages to carry out mental health education is particularly important.Combined with the actual work of students in our university,this paper organically integrates mental health education,ideological and political education and student work,tries to carry out mental health education in multiple ways,and effectively improves the sustainability and effectiveness of mental health education.
