小学科学师资队伍及教学情况调研报告——以2020年辽宁省A市为例

摘要 只有全面了解小学科学教师队伍现状、培训需求,准确掌握科学课教育教学的基本现状、主要成绩、存在问题等,才能为教师培训、教学研究和行政决策提供依据。2020年6月,我们通过问卷调查、实地考察、资料梳理、信息汇总等方式,对辽宁省A市科学教师队伍现状、科学研训工作进展、科学课程实施三个方面进行了调研。 Only by fully understanding the current situation and training needs of primary school science teachers,and accurately mastering the basic situation,main achievements and existing problems of science education and teaching,can we provide basis for teacher training,teaching research and administrative decision-making.In June 2020,we investigated the current situation of science teachers,the progress of scientific research and training and the implementation of science curriculum in a city of Liaoning Province by means of questionnaire survey,field investigation,data sorting and information summary.
