融媒体背景下基于“学习强国”平台的高校思政育人功能研究

Research on the Function of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities Based on the Platform of "Learning Power" under the Background of Financial Media

"学习强国"具有"资源通融、内容兼融、宣传互融、利益共融"的融媒体特性。且"学习强国"在日常思政教育和党性教育中具有极其的育人功能,能够有机融入高校思政育人工作。通过问卷调查,显示绝大多数学习者外在原因下载平台、学习态度主动积极、充分认可学习资源、正面肯定学习效果,但也存在一定问题,如学习主体中,党员学员和非党员学员的矛盾;碎片化学习与系统性学习的矛盾。因此,要发挥和挖掘其在学生群众等广大群体中的育人功能,使其成为一款全民性的"学习加油站";同时,完善相关考核机制,明确"学习强国"的学习目的和意义,避免形式主义。最后,"学习强国"平台是高校教师天然的理论营养剂、思政课程海量的教学资源库,可以充分发挥理论效用,有机融入课堂教学和实践教学。

"Learning power"has the characteristics of"resource accommodation,content integration,publicity integration and interest integration".And"learning power"has extremely educational function in daily ideological and political education and party spirit education,and can be organically integrated into Ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The questionnaire survey shows that the vast majority of learners download the platform for external reasons,have a positive learning attitude,fully recognize learning resources and positively affirm learning results,but there are also some problems,such as the contradiction between Party members and non party members in the learning subject;The contradiction between fragmented learning and systematic learning.Therefore,we should give full play to and tap its educational function in students and other groups,so as to make it a national"learning gas station";At the same time,improve the relevant assessment mechanism,clarify the learning purpose and significance of"learning power",and avoid formalism.Finally,the"learning power"platform is a natural theoretical nutrient for college teachers and a massive teaching resource library of Ideological and political courses.It can give full play to the theoretical utility and organically integrate into classroom teaching and practical teaching.
