Construction and Research of Clinical Medical Personnel Training Mode Based on Post Competency

为顺应当前医学教育改革和发展趋势,强化医学人才培养契合未来临床岗位能力的需求,西安医学院构建并实施以岗位胜任力为导向的医学人才培养模式,通过加强德育教育、优化课程体系、提高临床技能、丰富课外实践等方式,有效地提高了我校医学教育培养质量,逐步提升了我校医学生整体岗位胜任力。

In order to conform to the current reform and development trend of medical education,strengthen the training of medical talents,and meet the needs of future clinical post ability,Xi’an Medical College has constructed and implemented a post competency oriented medical talent training mode,which has effectively improved the training of medical talents in our school by strengthening moral education,optimizing curriculum system,improving clinical skills,and enriching extracurricular practice quality,to achieve the continuous improvement of clinical medical students’post competency.
