对医学生双创教育效果管理体系构建的思考

Thoughts on the Construction of Effect Management System of Medical Students’ Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education

创新创业是深化改革医学教育人才培养的主要内容,创新创业教育效果如何提高,过程管理是重要保障。高等教育蓬勃发展,教学质量评估稳步推进,必然要求建立科学、系统、规范的教学质量监控数据平台。本文首先综述我国教学质量研究的现状,同时分析国外教育质量监控的优势,归纳现阶段国内双创教育质量监控体系的短板。在此基础上,通过网络信息化途径,本文建立了适合南京医科大学的全员、全过程、全方位的"三全"型创新创业教育质量监控体系。各环节系统在医学生创新创业能力培养全过程中发挥相应作用,监控学生成长为具有创新能力与精神的卓越医药卫生人才。

Innovation and entrepreneurship is the main content of deepening the reform of medical education personnel training.How to improve the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education,process management is an important guarantee.With the vigorous development of higher education and the steady progress of teaching quality evaluation,it is inevitable to establish a scientific,systematic and standardized teaching quality monitoring data platform.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current situation of teaching quality research in China,analyzes the advantages of foreign education quality monitoring,and summarizes the shortcomings of domestic innovation and entrepreneurship education quality monitoring system at this stage.On this basis,through the way of network informatization,this paper establishes a"three all"innovation and entrepreneurship education quality monitoring system suitable for Nanjing Medical University.Each link system plays a corresponding role in the whole process of cultivating medical students’innovative and entrepreneurial ability,and monitors students’growth into excellent medical and health talents with innovative ability and spirit.
