五力模型视角下绿色智力资本与企业竞争优势的实证研究

An Empirical Study on Green Intellectual Capital and Enterprise Competitive Advantage from the Perspective of Five Forces Model

企业进行绿色发展、环境保护是推动中国经济社会可持续发展与贯彻科学发展观的关键措施。在波特五力模型视角下,实证分析绿色智力资本对企业竞争优势的作用机制。结果表明:企业通过绿色智力资本的有效运作提高了企业的市场竞争优势。基于以上结论,对中国本土企业如何提高竞争优势提出对策建议。

Green development and environmental protection by enterprises are key measures to promote the sustainable development of China's economy and society and implement the scientific concept of development.From the perspective of Porter’s Five Forces Model,this paper empirically analyzes the mechanism of green intellectual capital's impact on corporate competitive advantage through 200 samples from multiple enterprises.The results show that enterprises improve their market competitive advantage through the effective operation of green intellectual capital.Based on the above discussion,relevant suggestions are provided to local Chinese enterprises on how to improve their competitive advantage.
