科技型中小企业知识产权保护现状与管理策略研究

Research on the Current Situation and Management Strategy of Intellectual Property Protection for Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

国家知识产权局发布2023年全国知识产权行政保护工作方案,强调要提高知识产权保护水平,持续建设支撑国际一流营商和创新环境的知识产权保护体系。国家战略转型布局需要科技型中小企业强有力的支撑,但我国对知识产权保护意识淡薄,缺乏专业人才,法律法规不够完善等问题日益凸显,阻碍了我国“着力提升科技自立自强、推动产业转型升级和高质量发展”战略部署的实施。因此,本文提出了现阶段科技型中小企业知识产权保护路径及管理策略。

China National Intellectual Property Administration(CNIPA)has released the 2023 national administrative protection plan for intellectual property,emphasizing the need to improve the level of intellectual property protection and build a supporting system for an internationally first-class business and innovation environment.Technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises are an important support for the country's strategic transformation,but the weak awareness of intellectual property protection,lack of professional talent,and insufficient laws and regulations have become increasingly prominent problems,hindering the implementation of the country's strategic deployment to"focus on promoting scientific and technological self-reliance,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,and achieving high-quality development."Therefore,this article proposes the current path and management strategies for intellectual property protection for technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
