我国人工智能高质量发展的现状、问题及对策

The Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures for Artificial Intelligence High-Quality Development in China

人工智能作为数字经济发展和数字中国建设的重要引擎,为经济社会发展注入了新活力、新动能,积极开展我国人工智能高质量发展研究,有助于进一步把握我国人工智能发展定位,明确我国人工智能发展方向。本研究从政策引导、创新能力、产业生态、安全发展4个方面阐明了我国人工智能发展现状,指出我国人工智能高质量发展的问题挑战,并提出针对性对策建议,进一步促进我国人工智能向更高质量发展。

As the core driving force of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,artificial intelligence(AI)has increasingly become an important engine for the development of the digital economy,injecting new momentum into economic and social development.Strengthening research on the high-quality development of AI in China will help to grasp the development orientation and find the direction of development.This paper clarifies the current situation of AI development in China from four aspects:policy guidance,innovation ability,industrial ecology and safe development,points out the problems and challenges of high-quality development of AI in China,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the development of AI in China to a higher quality.
