摘要
影响创新活动的政策工具多种多样,可分为供给、需求和环境3个维度。本研究的目标是探究资金供给、需求刺激和技术环境政策对国际创新网络的影响。基于15个国家的出版物和政策工具等多源数据,使用非平衡面板数据的固定效应模型检验了3种政策工具对国际创新网络中国家合作广度和合作深度的影响。结果表明,资金供给、需求刺激和技术环境工具对国际创新网络中国家的合作广度和合作深度存在积极的影响。
There are various policy instruments affecting scientific research in new energy,which can be divided into three categories:supply,demand and environment.The objective of this study is to explore the impact of financial supply,demand stimulus and technological environment policies on international innovation networks.Based on multi-source data such as publications,patents and policy instruments from 15 countries,a fixed-effects model using unbalanced panel data examined the impact of three policy instruments on the scale and depth of cooperation between countries in the international innovation network.The results showed that financial supply,demand stimulus and technological environment have positive effects on the scale and depth of cooperation among countries in the international innovation network.
