摘要
利用我国24省区100所高校2015-2019年的个体专利数据构建高校专利质量评价体系,并分析其与高技术产业创新能力的耦合协调关系及影响因素。研究发现:高校专利质量水平与高技术产业创新能力的耦合协调度低于传统研究中高校投入产出效率与高技术产业创新能力的耦合协调度,反映了我国高校专利在投入产出效率较高表象下质量低下及供需错配的问题;我国省域高校专利质量水平与高技术产业创新能力的耦合协调等级整体较低且存在空间异质性,省区间二者发展状态不均衡;我国21省区高技术产业创新能力发展滞后于高校专利质量水平发展,企业创新能力的不足也为专利产业化带来了阻碍。
Using the individual patent data of 100 Chinese universities in 24 provinces and regions from 2015 to 2019 to construct the university patent quality evaluation system,and analyzes its coupling and coordination relationship with the innovation ability of high-tech industry and its influencing factors.The research shows that the coupling and coordination degree between the quality of University patents and the innovation ability of high-tech industries is lower than the coupling and coordination degree between the input-output efficiency of universities and the innovation ability of high-tech industries in traditional research,reflecting that with appearance of the relatively high input-output efficiency,universities patents are of low quality and mismatch between supply and demand;The coupling and coordination level between the patent quality of provincial universities and the innovation ability of high-tech industries in China is generally low,and there is spatial heterogeneity,explaining that the development state of the two part is uneven between provinces and regions;The development of innovation ability of high-tech industry in 21 provinces and regions in China lags behind the development of patent quality level in universities,indicating that the lack of innovation ability of enterprises also hinders patent industrialization.
