拉萨市旅游资源优势度与经济发展水平演变的耦合研究

Research on the Coupling between the Superiority Degree of Tourism Resources and the Evolution of Economic Development Level in Lhasa

通过加权山地交通可达性,优化了拉萨市旅游资源优势度模型,将2009、2014、2019年旅游资源优势度数据分别与当年的区域经济发展水平演变情况进行了耦合分析,以探索旅游发展的空间格局优化方式。结果表明:山地交通可达性影响着游客的旅游目的地的选择,交通节点和干线周边的乡镇旅游优势度明显提升;2009~2019年拉萨市旅游资源优势度变化幅度较小,但县域经济发展差距拉大,形成“强周边弱核心式”经济发展格局;2009~2019年拉萨市旅游资源优势度与经济发展水平呈负向相关,旅游资源优势乡镇过度依赖外部经济,本地产业发展受到制约陷入“资源诅咒”,旅游资源弱势城镇在离开投资驱动后沦为人口、资源流出区,形成“贫困陷阱”。

By weighting the accessibility of mountain transportation,the superiority degree model of tourism resources about Lhasa was optimized,and the coupling between the data of superiority degree of tourism resources and the evolution of regional economic development in Lhasa in 2009,2014,2019 was analyzed to explore the way to optimize the spatial pattern of tourism development.The results show that:the accessibility of mountain transportation greatly affects the choice of tourist destinations for tourists,which become an important indicator for evaluating the dominance of tourism resources;From 2009 to 2019,the change in the degree of tourist resource dominance in Lhasa was not significant,however,the economic development gap between counties was widened,forming an economic development pattern of"strong surrounding with weak core";From 2009 to 2019,Lhasa’s tourism resource advantage was negatively correlated with the level of economic development.The towns with better tourism resources,got slower economic growth.The towns with weaker tourism resources will fall into"Poverty Trap"once the investment withdrawal.
