基元事件在军事飞行安全分析中的应用

摘要 本研究采用基于基元事件的飞行事故因素分析法,针对军事飞行中的人为、机械、环境、管理等事件要素分类组成及其相互关系进行了分析,并依托飞行事故基元事件历史数据库,提出了致因因素导致事故频度分析、耦合度分析和事故预测数据分析的手段,为指挥员或飞行员制定防范事故措施提供量化依据和决策支持,对保障军事飞行安全具有一定的借鉴意义。准确把握飞行事故中各种因素间的关系,是确保飞行事故分析科学性的基石。 The element event-based flight accident factor analysis method was introduced to analyze the classified composition of military flight accident-causing factors such as human,mechanical,environmental and management factors and the inter-relationship among them.And by using the historical database of element events,the means how to analyze the accident frequency of causing factors,the coupling degree and the data to predict accidents were put forward to provide a quantitative reference and decision support for commanders or pilots to work out accident prevention measures,which is of certain referential significance for ensuring the military flight safety.Accurate grasp of the inter-relationship among various flight accident-causing factors is the correrstone to ensure the scientificity of flight accident analysis.
