创新发展环境下新型城镇化背景下居民消费习惯实证分析与建议

Empirical Analysis of Residents’ Consumption Habits in the Background of New Urbanization

消费习惯是指消费主体在长期消费实践中形成的对一定消费事物具有稳定性偏好的心理表现。消费习惯的形成与变化对社会建设和经济发展产生显隐性影响,而在新型城镇化背景下,居民消费习惯是否随着资源禀赋、区位优势、人口集聚等发生相应的变化,是明确新型城镇化建设与消费经济发展的关键。文章在对相关研究进行综述研究的基础上,以中国家庭追踪调查(China Family Panel Studies,CFPS)群组数据为基础,综合消费习惯形成理论和生命周期-持久收入假说理论建构消费习惯形成模型并进行实证分析。得到如下结论:首先,居民消费习惯形成效应较为明显,且不同消费类型的习惯形成系数存在差异。其次,不同地区受到经济发展、城镇化建设水平差异导致的居民消费习惯效应存在差异,且由于消费习惯的形成制约了居民的当期消费。

Consumption habits refer to the psychological manifestations of consumer subjects that have a stable preference for certain consumer things formed in the long-term consumption practice.The formation and changes of consumption habits have an obvious and hidden impact on social construction and economic development.Under the background of new urbanization,whether residents’consumption habits change correspondingly with resource endowments,location advantages,population agglomeration,etc.,is to clarify the new type of town The key to the development of industrialization and consumer economy.On the basis of a review of related research,this article builds a consumption habit formation model and conducts empirical analysis based on the group data of the Chinese Family Tracking Survey(CFPS),comprehensive consumption habit formation theory and life cycle-persistent income hypothesis.The following conclusions are obtained:First,the effect of residents’consumption habit formation is more obvious,and the habit formation coefficients of different consumption types are different.Second,there are differences in the effects of residents’consumption habits caused by differences in economic development and urbanization levels in different regions,and the formation of consumption habits restricts residents’current consumption.
