工业碳排放量影响因素的实证分析

摘要 增强清洁技术改造能力和控制工业碳排放量,是促进产业绿色发展的关键。本文围绕环境规制和技术进步对碳排放的影响,在达成节能减排共识的背景下,基于因子分析建立了工业碳排放的回归方程,并根据工业碳排放量的VAR模型,运用Granger因果检验法、脉冲响应函数以及方差分解法,实证分析了各个变量间的动态交互作用。结果表明环境规制对工业碳排放量的抑制作用高于技术水平,并为促进工业企业的绿色低碳发展提出了第三方污染治理、加强环境规制力度、重视技术创新能力的建议。 Enhancing the ability to transform clean technologies and controlling industrial carbon emissions are the key to promote the green development of industries.The paper focuses on the impact of environmental regulations and technological progress on carbon emissions,and in the context of reaching a consensus of energy conservation and emission reduction,establishes the regression equation of industrial carbon emissions based on factor analysis,and based on the VAR model of industrial carbon emissions,Granger causality test and pulse Response function and variance decomposition method,empirically analyze the dynamic interaction between various variables.The results show that environmental regulation has a higher inhibitory effect on industrial carbon emissions than the technical level,and based on the results,proposes the suggestions of the third-party pollution control,strengthening environmental regulation,and attaching importance to technological innovation so as to promote the green and low-carbon development of industrial enterprises.
