Research on Scientific Research Management System of Innovation Manufacturing Enterprises Based on the Trinity Mold

针对科研课题管理中存在的问题,建立了新型科研课题管理体系,以推动科研课题顺利开展。通过分析创新型制造企业内部科研管理现状,探讨建立“三位一体”企业科研课题管理模型,完善科研课题管理体系,打破部门壁垒,协调多方资源,开创科研课题管理新局面。

In view of the problems existing in the management of scientific research projects,a new scientific research project management system was established to promote the smooth development of scientific research projects.By analyzing the current situation of internal scientific research management in innovation manufacturing enterprises,the establishment of the trinity mold scientific research project management system was disscussed,with the purposes of improving the management system of scientific recesrch projects,breaking down department barriers,coordinating various resources,and creating a new situation of scientific research project management.
