基于消费者视角的智能快递使用意愿实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着电子商务蓬勃发展,网上购物交易量持续增多。快递包裹数量出现跨越式增长,传统送货上门的方式已不能满足最后一公里配送需求,于是智能快递柜应运而生。本文以消费者为研究对象,从情景和用户的角度,构建出智能快递柜的使用意愿影响因素的模型。通过多元逐步分析得出情景因素中的智能快递柜的位置便利、包裹轻便和感知时间压力以及用户特质中的感知有用性和个体创新性显著影响智能快递柜的使用意愿。因此本文结论对未来智能快递柜的发展布局及完善具有重要意义。 With the rapidly development of e-commerce,online shopping transactions continuously rise.The number of express parcels has achieved dramatic growth,and the traditional way of Home Delivery cannot meet the needs in the last mile delivery.Intelligent express cabinet was born at the right moment.The paper takes consumers as the research objects,the resource allocation theory and the technology acceptance model as the theoretical basis to construct a model of consumer’s willingness of using intelligent express cabinet from the perspective of situations and users.Through the SPSS24.0’s multivariate analysis,the paper draws the conclusion that the convenient intelligent express cabinet’s location,the portability of packages,the perceived time pressure,the perceived usefulness and individual innovation have significantly affect on the consumer’s willingness of using intelligent express cabinet.The conclusion is of great significance to the development and improvement of intelligent express cabinet’s layout in the future.
