跨域生态产业链构建中的演化博弈分析

Analysis of Evolutionary Game in the Construction of Cross-Regional Ecological Industrial Chains

随着经济发展中资源、环境问题的日益凸显,跨域生态产业链的构建是践行绿色发展理念、实现经济高质量发展的必由之路。本文进行了跨域生态产业链构建中的演化博弈研究首先根据主导力量的转换,将跨域生态产业链的演化过程分为企业生态转型期、生态产业园发展期、跨域生态产业链构建期;其次依据主体关系模型,建立3阶段的演化博弈模型;再次通过分析总结各阶段的最优均衡点,剖析跨域生态产业链演化的影响因素。结果显示:各主体参与跨域生态产业链构建后的收益增加越多,成本增加越少,越有利于跨域生态产业链的构建;社会公众的绿色发展追求对跨域生态产业链的构建具有明显的推动作用;政府征收的环境税和污染罚款能够加速跨域生态产业链的构建,而补贴只在生态产业园发展期表现出促进作用。最后,依据演化分析结论,提出了推动跨域生态产业链发展的建议。

With the increasingly prominent problems of resources and environment in economic development,construction of cross-regional ecological industrial chains is the only way to implement the concept of green development and achieve quality economic development.The paper studies the evolutionary game in the construction of cross-regional eco-industrial chains.Firstly, the evolution process of a cross-regional eco-industrial chain is divided into three stages of enterprise eco-transformation period, eco-industrial park development period, and the cross-regional eco-industrial chain’s construction period according to the transformation of dominant forces;Secondly, the 3 stages’ evolutionary game models are constructed according to the relationship model of the main body;Thirdly, based on summering each stages’ optimal equilibrium, the influencing factors to the evolution of cross-regional eco-industrial chains.The results show that after the construction of cross-regional eco-industrial chains, the more the profits are achieved, the less the costs are paid, so this is beneficial to construction of the chains;The pursuit of green development by the public will promote the construction of cross-regional eco-industrial chains;Environmental taxes and pollution fines imposed by the government can accelerate the construction of cross-regional eco-industrial chains, while subsidies only play a promoting role in the development of ecoindustrial parks.Finally, the suggestions for construction of cross-regional eco-industrial chains are given based on the conclusion of the evolutionary analysis.
