摘要
信息质量的提升是网站建设的重要组成部分,从用户体验的角度对网站信息质量进行评价,有助于改善用户对网站的满意度,从而提高网站的竞争力。该文基于用户体验的视角构建了企业对顾客模式(Business to Customer,B2C)的电子商务网站的评价指标体系,使用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重,并选取了OPPO等6家手机网站作为研究对象进行模糊综合评价与模糊聚类分析。研究结果表明,OPPO与荣耀网站整体信息质量处于第1层次,各网站商品信息指标得分普遍较高,服务信息指标得分较低,而其它指标得分存在着一定的差异。
The improvement of information quality is an important part of website construction.Evaluating the information quality of website from the perspective of user experience will help to improve the satisfaction of users to the website and thus enhance the competitiveness.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of Business to Customer(B2 C)e-commerce websites from the perspective of user experience.The weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Six mobile websites such as OPPO are selected as the research objects for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy clustering analysis.The results show that the overall information quality of OPPO and Honor Websites are in the first level,and the scores of commodity information indicators are generally higher,while the service information indicators are lower,and the scores of other indicators are quite different.
