武汉及同类城市大学生人才政策比较研究

Comparison Research of University Students Talent Policies in Wuhan and Similar Cities

作为高素质综合性人才,大学生是推动城市发展的主力军,也是人口流动的核心群体。随着新一线城市迅速崛起,武汉、成都、南京、西安、长沙等城市纷纷出台优惠政策吸引大学生人才。本文从留才目标、落户政策、安居政策、就业创业扶持等方面,对武汉及同类城市的人才政策进行对比研究,并建议新一线城市在人才引进过程中要注重地区发展实际需求、注重政策落地实施、注重营造良好的就业创业环境,以推动新一线城市大学生人才政策的优化和实施。

As high-quality comprehensive talents,college students are the main force to promote urban development and the core group of population mobility.With the rapid rise of new first-tier cities,Wuhan,Chengdu,Nanjing,Xi’an,Changsha and other cities have introduced preferential policies to attract college students.A comparative study of talent policies in Wuhan and similar cities is conducted from the aspects of retention goal,settlement policy,settlement policy,employment and entrepreneurship support.It is also recommended that new first-tier cities should pay attention to the actual needs of regional development,the implementation of policies,and the creation of a good employment and entrepreneurial environment,to promote the optimization and implementation of talent policies.
