残疾大学生心理资本与就业绩效的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 残疾大学生具有特殊的心理资本结构和状态,其心理资本水平的提升对就业率和就业质量的提高是否有显著作用尚不明确。为探明残疾大学生心理资本与就业绩效之间的关系,采用残疾大学生心理资本测量量表和就业绩效测量量表,对451名残疾大学生进行问卷调查。研究发现:残疾大学生心理资本处于中等水平,低于普通大学生心理资本水平;不同残疾程度和年龄分布的残疾大学生,其心理资本存在显著差异;残疾大学生心理资本对就业绩效具有显著的正向促进作用;心理资本的自我接纳、希望、乐观、韧性4个维度对残疾大学生就业过程绩效具有正向促进作用,自我接纳、乐观、韧性3个维度对残疾大学生就业结果绩效具有正向促进作用;残疾大学生心理资本水平的提升能够促进其就业绩效的提升。研究结果为普通高等教育院校和特殊教育院校开展残疾大学生就业指导和就业绩效提升工作提供新的视角和理论依据。 Disabled college students have special psychological capital structure and state.It is not clear whether the improvement of their psychological capital level has significant effect on the improvement of employment rate and quality.In order to find out the relationship between psychological capital and employment performance of disabled college students,451 disabled college students were investigated with psychological capital scale and employment performance scale.The results show that:the psychological capital of disabled college students is in the middle level,which is lower than that of ordinary college students;the psychological capital of disabled college students with different disability degree and age distribution is significantly different;the psychological capital of disabled college students has a significant positive role in promoting employment performance;the four dimensions of self-acceptance,hope,optimism and resilience have positive effects on the employment process performance of disabled college students,and the three dimensions of selfacceptance,optimism and resilience have positive effects on the employment result performance of disabled college students.;the improvement of psychological capital of disabled college students can promote their employment performance.The research results provide a new perspective and theoretical basis for both general and special education institutions to carry out employment guidance and employment performance improvement for disabled college students.
