基于“互联网+”云平台的项目信息集成化管理研究——以重庆巴南某房建项目为例

Project Information Integration Management Based on “Internet +” Cloud Platform——Take a Housing Project in Banan,Chongqing as an Example

建筑工程项目具有投资巨大、过程复杂、单个项目由多个企业参与建设等特点,项目管理的方法和水平直接影响到各个企业效益的高低。为提高建筑项目工程质量,保障项目开发进度,降低工程项目成本,本文以"互联网+"背景下建筑工程项目管理的思维,对项目全生命周期的信息进行集成化管理,实现各参建企业之间信息共用共享,做到过程留痕,结果可溯的信息化项目管理。并利用案例对基于"互联网+"云平台的项目信息集成化管理进行验证分析,证明了基于"互联网+"云平台的项目信息集成化管理的可行性、可操作性与优越性。

Construction projects are characterized by huge investment,complex process,and multiple enterprises participating in the construction of a single project.Therefore,the method and level of project management will directly affect the efficiency of each enterprise.In order to improve the construction project quality,ensure the project development progress and reduce the project cost,this paper integrated the information of the whole life cycle of the project to realize information sharing among participating enterprises,and achieve the information project management with process traces and traceable results based on the thinking of construction engineering project management under the background of"Internet+".It also verifies and analyzes the project information integration management based on the"Internet+"cloud platform with cases,and proves the feasibility,operability and superiority of the project information integration management based on the"Internet+"cloud platform.
