安全信息供给视域下安全管理模型的构建与运用

Construction and Application of Safety Management Model Under thePerspective of Safety Information Supply

为体现信息时代特征,完善安全管理模式,以促进安全管理工作的顺利进行,本文开展了安全信息供给视域下的现代系统安全管理研究。首先,本文在安全信息供给视域下,秉承以人为本的安全理念,分析安全信息供给对安全管理的影响;其次,结合安全管理过程,从安全信息供给角度,构造信息时代安全管理模型并分析模型的内涵和意义;最后,将模型应用到事故致因分析,探究安全信息供给在安全管理过程中的具体影响。结果表明,模型对安全管理工作的顺利进行以及事故的预防、控制具有重要的指导作用。同时,基于模型的事故致因路径研究,对安全管理方案的实施和完善具有积极的促进作用。

In order to reflect the characteristics of the information age,improve safety management model to carry out safety management work smoothly,this paper carry out research on modern system safety management under the perspective of safety information supply.Firstly,based on the human-centered safety concept,this paper analyzes the impact of safety information supply on safety management in the perspective of safety information supply.Then,combined with the safety management process,from the perspective of safety information supply,constructs the safety management model of the information age and analyzes the connotation and significance of the model.Finally,applied the model to the cause analysis of the accident and explore the specific impact of the safety information supply in the safety management process.The results show that the model plays an important guiding role in the smooth progress of safety management,and helps guide the prevention and control of accidents.At the same time,research on the accident causal path has a positive effect on the implementation and improvement of safety management programs,which is based on this model.
