摘要
随着我国经济结构进入加速调整阶段,高校作为科技成果研发的主要主体之一,在科技成果转化的过程中起到不可忽视的重要作用。基于此,在搜集2007~2017年我国28个省市的科技成果转化的面板数据的基础上,采用数据包络分析法以及回归分析法,对我国高校科技成果转化效率及其影响因素分别进行测度与分析。研究发现,我国高校科技成果转化效率整体不高,且各地区之间存在较大的差异。在影响我国高校科技成果转化效率的相关因素中,高校教师的价值追求、科技成果成熟度以及社会协作氛围等起到了举足轻重的作用。
As China’s economic structure enters an accelerated adjustment stage,colleges and universities as one of the main subjects of Sci-Tech achievements research and development,play an important role in the process of transforming Sci-Tech achievements.Based on this,based on the panel data of the transformation of Sci-Tech achievements in 28 provinces in China from 2007 to 2017,DEA and regression analysis were used to measure and analyses the Sci-Tech achievements transformation efficiency and influencing factors.The study found that the efficiency of the transformation of universities is not high,and there are large differences between regions.Among these factors the value pursuit of college teachers,the maturity of scientific and technological achievements and the atmosphere of social collaboration have played a pivotal role.
