数字化个性化骨增量在口腔种植中的研究进展

Research progress of custom-made bone augmentation by digital technique in implant dentistry

口腔种植已进入数字化精准医疗的新时代,从患者信息采集、术前规划、种植体植入到修复完成等过程均实现了数字化医疗。骨增量作为种植手术中重要组成部分,目前数字化的应用相对薄弱,实现数字化的精准个性化骨重建已成为临床治疗的新目标。本文就数字化、个性化骨重建在口腔种植领域的研究进展做一综述。

Implant dentistry is undergoing a revolution of digital precision medicine. Digital medicine has been realized,including patient information collection, preoperative planning, implant placement, and the final restoration. Bone augmentation is an important part of implant surgery. However, the digital application is relatively weak in the bone augmentation process.Digital and custom-made bone reconstruction has become a new goal of implant dentistry. This article reviews the research progress of custom-made bone reconstruction using digital techniques in the field of dental implants.
