泰州农村老年人群代谢物与骨密度的关联性

Association between metabolites and bone mineral density in rural elderly population in Taizhou

摘要 目的:在控制多种混杂因素的影响下,探究代谢物与骨密度的关联性。方法:利用泰州脑影像队列基线数据,使用方差分析筛选差异代谢物,偏回归分析筛选与骨密度相关的饮食种类,多项逻辑回归分析代谢物与骨密度组的关系。结果:19种代谢物在3个骨密度组间存在显著差异。4个食物种类与骨密度组成负相关,2种高密度脂蛋白亚组分和4种极低密度脂蛋白亚组分与骨量丢失相关。结论:高密度脂蛋白亚组分水平与骨量丢失的风险成正相关;极低密度脂蛋白亚组分水平与骨量丢失的风险成负相关。 Objective:To explore the relationship between metabolites and bone mineral density under the influence of multiple confounding factors.Methods:Based on the baseline data of Taizhou brain imaging cohort,the differential metabolites were screened by analysis of variance,the types of diet related to bone mineral density were screened by partial regression analysis,and the relationship between metabolites and bone mineral density groups was analyzed by multinomial logistic regression.Results:There were nineteen differential metabolites among the three bone mineral density groups.Four food types were negatively correlated with bone mineral density groups,and two high-density lipoprotein subfractions and four very low-density lipoprotein subfractions were correlated with bone loss.Conclusion:The level of high-density lipoprotein subfractions was positively correlated with bone loss;The level of very low-density lipoprotein subfractions was negatively correlated with bone loss.
