The industrial status of Eucommia ulmoides seed oil was described,and the research progress in quality,extraction technology,development and application of Eucommia ulmoides seed oil in recent years were reviewed.it includes the physical and chemical properties,chemical composition,extraction technology,deep processing technology(microcapsule,nano-emulsion,liposome)of Eucommia ulmoides seed oil,and looks forward to the prospect of industrial development of Eucommia ulmoides seed oil.
