Research on the Path of Enhancing the International Competitiveness of China’s Industrial and Supply Chains through Finance

增强国际竞争力是我国产业链供应链达到现代化水平的必要前提,也是应对国内外复杂形势、实现产业升级的重要举措。本文认为,富有竞争力的产业链供应链应自主掌握关键领域核心技术,具备高数字化程度、利益平衡机制和可持续发展特征,在面临各种冲击时展现较强的韧性。金融作为实体经济血脉,如何在薄弱领域提供精准的投融资支持,是助推产业链供应链提升竞争力的关键。从具体路径看,我国金融机构可从多方面增强产业链供应链的国际竞争力,包括重点聚焦关键技术研发,着力培育战略性新兴产业链,推动产业链供应链的数字化和绿色化转型升级,完善产业链供应链信用体系建设,支持中小企业发展,升级配套基础设施建设等。

Enhancing international competitiveness is a necessary prerequisite for China’s industrial and supply chains to reach a modern level,and it is also an important measure to cope with complex and severe domestic and international situations and achieve industrial upgrading.This article argues that a competitive industrial and supply chain should be able to independently master core technologies in key areas,possess a high degree of digitization,balanced interest mechanisms,and sustainable development characteristics,and demonstrate strong resilience in the face of various shocks.As the lifeblood of the real economy,how to provide precise investment and financing support in weak areas is the key to promoting the competitiveness of the industrial and supply chains.From a specific perspective,Chinese financial institutions can enhance the international competitiveness of their industrial and supply chains in various ways,including focusing on key technology research and development,cultivating strategic emerging industrial chains,promoting the digital and green transformation and upgrading of industrial and supply chains,improving the construction of credit systems for industrial and supply chains,supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,and upgrading supporting infrastructure construction.
