金融科技影响下的全球金融网络与中国国际金融中心建设

The Global Financial Network and the Construction of International Financial Centers in China under the Influence of FinTech

金融科技带来全球金融网络的新发展并推动国际金融中心体系重构。本文基于跨国金融公司分支机构联系数据,利用网络分析方法,对全球金融网络和全球金融科技网络进行分析。研究发现:当前全球金融网络中,以伦敦、纽约和中国香港为代表的核心国际金融中心优势显著,同时中国境内的国际金融中心正在集体崛起,但与核心国际金融中心之间还存在一定差距。相比全球金融联系度,中国主要国际金融中心的全球金融科技联系度与核心国际金融中心之间的差距更大,并且中国境内各城市之间的差异也更为显著。未来中国城市可进一步加强金融机构和平台全球联系、推动金融数字化转型、持续完善数字化信息化金融基础设施、提升金融中心市场化程度以及全面优化金融市场国际化营商环境,持续推动国际金融中心建设。

The emergence of FinTech brings new developments to the global financial network,which reciprocally promotes the evolution and reconstruction of the international financial center system.By using formal networkanalysis methods to analyze branch networks of leading international financial firms,this paper inquires the structure of international financial network and international FinTech network.It is found that in the current global financial network,core international financial centers like London,New York and Hong Kong,China possess dominant positions.At the same time,the international financial centers represented by Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Tianjin in Chinese mainland are rising collectively.However,there is still noticeable gap between them and the core international financial centers.Compared with the global financial connectivity,the gap between the global financial technology connectivity of China’s major international financial centers and the core international financial centers is larger,and the difference among cities in China is also more significant.In the future,Chinese cities can further strengthen the global connection of financial institutions and platforms,promote the digital transformation of finance,improve the digital and information-based financial infrastructure,improve the level of marketization of its financial centers,and comprehensively optimize the international business environment of the financial market,so as to continuously promote the construction of international financial centers.
