我国金融效率的区域差异及动态演进分析

Analysis on Regional Difference and Dynamic Evolution of Financial Efficiency in China

提高金融效率本质上是提高资本配置效率,金融效率空间分布的合理性是发挥金融规模效应和扩散效应的基础。本文采用超效率SBM模型测算了2001—2018年我国30个省份的金融效率,在此基础上使用Dagum基尼系数分解法分析我国金融效率的区域差异,并运用Kernel核密度估计方法分析其动态演进过程。研究表明:(1)在时间维度上,2001—2018年我国金融效率呈上升趋势,且区域金融效率呈现东—中—东北—西部依次递减的趋势;(2)在空间分布上,我国金融效率总体区域差异不断缩小,东部与东北部区域内差异有缩小的趋势,而中部与西部区域内差异却在扩大,中部与东北部区域内差异值的变化大于东部和西部区域内差异值的变化;(3)在空间维度上,中部区域存在两极分化现象,西部区域出现多极化分布态势,而东部与东北部的两极分化现象不明显。

To improve financial efficiency is essentially to improve the efficiency of capital allocation,and the rationality of the spatial distribution of financial efficiency is the basis of bringing financial scale effect and diffusion effect into full play.In this paper,the super-efficiency SBM model is used to measure the financial efficiency of 30 provinces in China from 2001 to 2018.On this basis,the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method is used to analyze the regional differences of financial efficiency in China,and the Kernel density estimation method is used to analyze its dynamic evolution process.The results show that:(1)in the time dimension,China’s financial efficiency shows an upward trend from 2001 to 2018,and the regional financial efficiency shows a downward trend from the east to the middle to the northeast to the west.(2)In terms of spatial distribution,the overall regional differences of financial efficiency in China are constantly narrowing.The differences in the eastern and northeastern regions tend to narrow,while the differences in the central and western regions are expanding.The changes in the differences in the central and northeastern regions are greater than those in the eastern and western regions.(3)In the spatial dimension,the central region has the polarization phenomenon,the western region has the multi-polarization distribution trend,but the eastern and northeastern polarization phenomenon is not obvious.
