消除贫困是人类共同的使命。新中国成立以来,中囯共产党带领全国各族人民在减贫与发展方面取得巨大的成就,先后经历了变革所有制推动经济发展减贫阶段、大规模减贫阶段、开发式扶贫阶段、综合扶贫开发阶段及精准扶贫阶段,探索出了专项扶贫、行业扶贫、社会扶贫等中国特色扶贫开发模式,积累了减贫与发展的宝贵经验,形成了中国特色社会主义扶贫理论体系。习近平扶贫思想具有丰富的内涵,是新形势下打赢脱贫攻坚战和全面建成小康社会的理论指导和行动指南。作为习近平扶贫思想指导下金融扶贫的主要践行者,开发性金融在支持脱贫攻坚中探索出了融资、融制、融智相结合,支持贫困地区经济社会发展和贫困人口脱贫增收的新思路,并取得了积极的成效。

Eliminate poverty is the common mission of mankind.Since the founding of New China,the Communist Party of China has led the people of all ethnic groups in the country to achieve tremendous achievements in poverty reduction and development.It has experienced different stages of development,which included the promotion of poverty reduction through ownership reform,large-scale poverty reduction,development-oriented poverty reduction,comprehensive poverty alleviation and development stage and targeted poverty alleviation stage.At the same time,it explored the development model for poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics,such as special poverty alleviation,industry poverty alleviation,and social poverty alleviation.Furthermore,it has accumulated valuable experience in poverty reduction and development,and formed a theoretical system of socialist poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics.Xi Jinping’s thoughts on poverty alleviation have rich connotations which are the theoretical guidance and action guide for winning the tough battle against poverty and building a well-off society in an all-round way.As the main practitioner of f inancial poverty alleviation under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s poverty alleviation ideas,Development F inance has explored new ideas for supported poverty alleviation through the integration of funds,systems,and intelligence,and it has achieved positive results in supported economic and social development in poor areas and increased poverty alleviation for poor people.
