中国西部省份城镇化过程中的生态环境现状分析

Analysis on the Present Situation of Ecological Environment in the Process of Urbanization of Western Provinces and Municipalities in China

近年来,我国城镇化发展迅速。西部地区在城镇化过程中,生态环境系统处于十分重要的地位。西部地区幅员辽阔,生态环境既多样又脆弱。西部地区的生态环境状况对我国的整体生态环境发展乃至经济社会发展有着广泛而深刻的影响。本文基于数据可得性,初步对西部地区生态环境综合评价进行指标体系构建,然后对西部地区生态环境状况进行客观的分析和评价。这对于更好地保护西部生态环境、实现全面协调可持续发展具有重要的参考意义。本文还对可持续发展、生态环境问题、生态环境价值观的基本概念及相关理论进行了概述,并以西部各省(市、区)生态环境现状为例,通过对当地生态环境现状的实证调查探讨了其所存在的问题及其原因。最后,本文针对当地政府应如何有效治理生态环境的问题提出了相应的对策,以更好地推进西部省份在生态环境方面的健康发展。

In recent years,China’s urbanization has developed rapidly.In the process of urbanization in the western region,the ecological environment system is in a very important position.It has a vast area,and the ecological environment is diverse and fragile.The ecological environment in the western region has a wide and profound impact on the overall ecological environment development and even economic and social development of China.Firstly,Based on the availability of data,this paper preliminarily constructs an index system for the comprehensive evaluation of the ecological environment in the western region,and then objectively analyses and evaluates the ecological environment in the western region.This has important reference significance for better protecting the ecological environment of the western region and achieving comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.Secondly,the basic concepts and related theories of sustainable development,ecological environment problems and ecological environment values are summarized.Thirdly,taking the current situation of ecological environment in western provinces and cities as an example,this paper explores the existing problems and their causes through the empirical investigation of the current situation of the local ecological environment.Finally,the researchers put forward the corresponding countermeasures and effective ways to realize the problem of how to strengthen the management of ecological environment by the local government,so as to form feasible measures conducive to the management of ecological environment,so as to strengthen the innovative means of ecological environment management,so as to better promote the health of ecological environment in western provinces and cities.
