嵌入全球价值链如何影响了中国国内价值链分工?

How Global Value Chain Embedding Affect The Division of China’s Domestic Value Chain

本文借鉴Wang等(2013)的全球价值链核算框架,构建了GVC长度、NVC长度及嵌入GVC的NVC长度指标体系,考察了GVC嵌入对纯NVC长度以及嵌入GVC的NVC长度的影响。研究发现:全球价值链嵌入显著影响了国内价值链分工,其中,后向嵌入显著抑制了国内价值链分工,而前向嵌入促进了国内价值链分工;从影响机制看,嵌入GVC通过影响基于前向、后向产业关联法计算的国内价值链长度来影响总长度。重塑基于GVC的国内价值链,优化进口产品结构,提高自主创新能力,协调行业间发展,是当下经济发展的重中之重。

Under the impetus of globalization,embedding the global value chain that has become an important driving force for the economic development of all countries. However,the impact of GVC on the Chinese economy through processing trade requires in-depth research. Therefore,this paper draws on Wang et al.( 2013) to construct the idea of total value trade accounting framework. By matching the measurement model with the database of 15 industrial sectors in China,the global value chain and the domestic value chain,as well as the NVC embedded in GVC,are clearly defined. This paper examines that the impact of GVC embedding mechanisms and influencing factors on pure domestic value chains and NVC embedded in GVC. It finds joining the global value chain significantly affects the domestic value chain division of labor,in which the backward embedding plays a depressing role,and the forward embedding plays a facilitating role;from the perspective of the impact mechanism,the impact of embedded global value chains on domestic value chains by the influence of the domestic value chain calculated based on the forward and backward industrial correlation methods. Reshaping the domestic value chain based on GVC,optimizing the structure of imported products,improving the ability of independent innovation,and coordinating the development of the industry are the top priorities of the current economic development.
