教育、科技、人才具有密切的内在关联性,教育促进人才培养,人才促进科技创新,高素质人才与高水平科技又有效地提升教育质量。三者就像“三个连环”螺旋式嵌套在一起,有分有合,统分结合,循环递进,其融合点是科技人才,核心是创新和创造。党的二十大报告首次将“教育、科技、人才”一起进行统筹部署,并将其作为“全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑”。在新形势新定位新要求下,厘清三者之间的逻辑关系,建立一体推进的理论框架,明确三者一体协同和一体推进的实践路径,才能为实现高水平科技自立自强目标和中国式现代化建设提供有力支撑。

Education,science and technology,and talent are inherently correlated.Education promotes talent cultivation,which promotes scientific innovation,and highquality talent and high-level technology effectively improve the quality of education.These aspects are like three spirally nested links,with division and combination in progressive circulation.The fusion point is scientific and technological talent,with the core of innovation and creation.The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put education,science and technology,and human resources together for the first time,and regarded them as"the fundamental and strategic pillars for building a modern socialist country in all respects".Under the new situation,new positioning and new requirements,it is necessary to clarify the logical relations between the three,establish a theoretical framework for their integrated promotion,and clarify the practical path of their synergy and integrated promotion,so as to provide a strong support for achieving the goal of high-level self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology and the construction of Chinese-style modernization.
