产学研深度融合的卓越工程师培养体系

An Excellent Engineer Training System with Deep Integration of Industry,University and Institute

目前我国工程教育中存在的产教脱节、科教协同不足等问题仍未得到充分解决,工程教育现状与全球竞争新形势、时代发展新要求不相适应,无法积极应对全球产业链深度调整和有力支撑我国制造业高质量发展。加快推动我国从工程教育大国迈向工程教育强国,努力培养一批卓越工程师,是贯彻落实人才强国战略的首要任务。构建产学研深度融合的人才培养体制机制,体系化重塑符合工程人才培养规律的育人体系,打造产学研融合的物理栽体平台,是优化工程教育资源配置方式、加快培养卓越工程师的重要举措。基于此,文章从卓越工程师的概念内涵出发,深入阐述产学研融合人才培养体系的理论逻辑,以浙江大学集成电路学院为例,分析以成套工艺中试公共平台为栽体的产学研深度融合的人才培养实践,提出有关推进构建产学研深度融合卓越工程师培养体系的思考与建议,以期为我国工程教育的战略改革提供借鉴。

Currently,the problems of industry-university disconnection and insufficient synergy between science and education remain to be fully resolved in China's engineering education,which falls behind in the new global competition situation and does not satisfy the new requirements of the times.It does not actively respond to the deep adjustment of the global industrial chain or effectively support the high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry.Accelerating the transformation of China from a major engineering education country to a strong engineering education country and striving to cultivate a contingent of outstanding engineers is the primary task in our strategy of building a strong country of engineers.Building a cultivation system and mechanism that deeply integrates industry,universities and institutes,systematically reshaping an education system that conforms to the laws of engineering talent cultivation,and creating a physical carrier and platform for industry-university-institute integration is an important measure to optimize the allocation of engineering education resources and accelerate the cultivation of outstanding engineers.Here we start from the connotation of excellent engineers and elaborate on the logic of the cultivation system of industry-universityinstitute integration.Taking the College of Integrated Circuits,Zhejiang University as an example,we analyze the talent cultivation practice of industry-university-institute integration,based on the public platform of pilot test of complete set of processes.We put forward thoughts and suggestions on promoting the construction of a cultivation system of excellent engineers for the industry-university-institute deep integration in order to provide reference for the strategic reform of engineering education in China.
