The coordinated development of education,technology,and talent is the requirement and direction of science and education in the new era.In the context of convergence science,scientific and educational institutions need to carry out organizational innovation to better adapt to the trend of convergence science and the requirements of coordinated development.Against the background of convergence science,they feature the dual mission of integrating science and education,the dynamic mechanism of double-wheel drive and constructionist efficiency evaluation.Their organizational design,modal types and functional structures are confronted with new situation and new requirements.Their innovative development needs the combination of intelligence with institutionalization in design,of big science with big education in modal type,and of exploring with organizing in functional structure,so that we can better realize the integrated development of education,science and talent,as the basic strategic support for the comprehensive socialist modernization.
