创新驱动的时代变革,牵引着大学形态和组织系统的重塑,促成了创新型大学的形成和发展。创新型大学通过践行育人范式、创新范式、治理范式的深层次变革,进而塑造大学发展新范式。创新型大学是创新型国家建设的战略支撑,将发挥独特的优势,构筑支撑高水平科技自立自强的国家战略科技力量。顺应高等教育和科技创新的发展规律,浙江大学确立了创新型大学战略定位,近年来在拔尖创新人才培养、学科交叉会聚和有组织科研、高水平人才汇聚、改革与治理等方面作出了积极探索并取得显著成效,为塑造创新型大学的中国范式作出了重要贡献。

Innovation-driven changes of our era which lead to the reshaping of university forms and organizational systems have facilitated the formation and development of innovative universities.By practicing deep reforms in the paradigms of education,innovation and governance,we have shaped a new paradigm for university development.As a strategic support for the construction of an innovative country,innovative universities will play a unique role in building national strategic scientific and technological strengths for high-level scientific and technological selfreliance and self-improvement.Following the law of development of higher education and scientific and technological innovation,Zhejiang University has established a strategic positioning as an innovative university.In recent years,ZJU has made explorations and achieved results in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,interdisciplinary convergence and organized research,gathering of high-level talents,reform and governance,thus helping to shape the Chinese paradigm of innovative universities.
