某高承台桩基水平承载力试验分析

Test Analysis of Horizontal Bearing Capacity of Pile Foundation of an High Bearing Platform

摘要 某低温储罐项目采用高承台桩,为提高地基土水平抗力系数的比例系数,对上部2m范围内填土层采用山皮土换填,并进行4000kN·m夯击能强夯。试验桩桩身布置钢筋应力计结合水平承载力静载试验,采用m法对桩基进行水平承载力分析,得出试验桩水平承载力特征值为471kN,计算得出m值并绘制关系曲线;钢筋应力计测试曲线显示,随着水平荷载的增大,最大弯矩截面逐渐下移,且桩身最大弯矩截面位于地面以下3~4m处;在水平荷载作用下,桩顶下8.3m范围内桩身发生变形,下部桩体未发生变形。 A low-temperature storage tank project adopts the high bearing platform pile.In order to improve the proportion coefficient of horizontal resistance coefficient of foundation soil,the filling layer within the upper 2 m is replaced with mountain soil,and the 4000 kN·m tamping energy dynamic compaction is carried out.The test pile with the reinforcement stress meter combines with the static load test of horizontal bearing capacity.The horizontal bearing capacity of pile foundation is analyzed by m method.The characteristic value of the horizontal bearing capacity of the test pile is 471 kN.The value of m is calculated and the relationship curve is drawn;The test curve of reinforcement stress meter shows that with the increase of horizontal load,the maximum bending moment section gradually moves down,and the maximum bending moment section of the pile locates 3~4 m below the ground;Under the action of horizontal load,the pile deforms within 8.3 m below the pile top,and the lower pile doesn’t deform.
