摘要
生物成像是呈现生命机体结构及活动规律的最直观方法,生物成像技术已成为推动生命科学及相关科学领域发展的重要驱动力。欧美多国已将生物成像设施建设纳入国家重要战略布局中,一些设施已开始在各国科学研究中发挥重要作用。该文通过对依托著名的生物成像科学设施——美国国家生物医学影像及生物医学工程研究所(NIBIB)产出的SCI论文和引文的变化趋势进行分析,揭示其对学科发展所产生的影响;通过对生物成像设备的相关技术专利进行分析,发现生物成像设施的发展趋势,从而为我国生物成像设施的规划与建设提供有价值的参考。
Bioimaging is the most intuitive way to present the structure and activity of living organisms.Biological imaging technology has promoted the development of life science and related scientific fields.Many countries in Europe and the United States have incorporated the construction of bio-imaging facilities into the country’s important strategic layout,and some facilities have begun to play an important role in scientific research in various countries.This paper reveals the impact on the development of the discipline through the analysis on output and citations of SCI papers produced by the famous bioimaging science facility the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering(NIBIB).Based on technical patent analysis,the development trend of bioimaging facilities is found.It provides a valuable reference for the planning and construction of bio-imaging facilities in China.
